Financial Policy

It is the policy of The Chicago Center For Cosmetic And Implant Dentistry that payment be made in full at the time of service. When extensive dental care is necessary or when dental insurance is involved, financial arrangements can be made in advance with our office manager. Our goal is to help you afford the dental treatment you desire.

A word about dental insurance. Our office staff will be happy to prepare and submit all of the necessary forms to your insurance carrier so that you may take full advantage of your benefits. Please understand, however, that your policy is an agreement between you, your employer, and your insurance company, not between your insurance company and our office. We can make no guarantee of coverage, but we will do our best to see that you receive your maximum benefits.
