Case 3: Lauren Lauren is a sweet young girl that suffered from a rare congenital problem that affects tooth development. As a result Lauren felt embarrassed by her smile as well as difficulty in chewing. All of Lauren's teeth were saved through periodontal plastic surgery, and subsequently a full mouth reconstruction was used to restore cosmetics and function.
